Is there any way to cancel my order or get a refund?
There are no refunds. We suggest selling to a friend or using a platform that works with sellers and buyers to ensure purchased tickets are valid.

Is there an option to exit and re-enter the venue?
There will be no in and out privileges. If you leave you will not be able to re-enter without purchasing another ticket.

Do I need to bring an ID to enter the gate?
YES. Everyone must provide documentation that you are 21.

I lost my ID — What other forms of identification are accepted?
Any form of valid government issued photo ID will be fine. Passport OR government issued temporary ID — paired with a secondary form of identification card that has your name, photo, and date of birth i.e expired ID / drivers license.

Am I allowed to bring a pet to the event?
Service Animals ONLY — with proper paperwork and vests. Please note — service animals may NOT be left unattended at any time. If they are found — proper steps will be taken with local authorities.

Will we be getting wristbands once we get to the venue?
Once you pass through entrance procedures, you will be given your wristband for the event.

Will you have Vegan/Vegetarian options?
As this is a health and wellness event, some of our food options will be plant based and vegan. If you have any specific dietary restrictions, we suggest you plan accordingly.
Are there restrictions on outside food/drinks?
No outside food or drinks and no glass containers. 

When do we have to leave the venue?
All patrons need to be off-site by 10:30PM.

Will there be refillable water stations?
Yes. There is a free water refill station. One 24oz Nalgene style clear bottle for refills. No Camelbaks or bladders will be allowed at entry.
Will there be first aid stations?
Yes. First aid stations will be clearly indicated on site.
Can I bring my medical prescription?
Prescribed medication (in container with matching ID to be checked at entry and only containing the number of doses needed for duration of event as prescribed on the pill container).
Is there disability / ADA access?
YES. Love Machine is ADA compliant and our goal is to ensure that everyone who attends the event has a great experience. There is an ADA entrance as well as viewing locations for fans to enjoy their time at Liberty Station. If you have any questions or need assistance with entry, please email:
Can I bring a Camelbak?
Camelbaks aren’t allowed, but bring a 24 oz clear (Nalgene style) water bottle to use the free refill station throughout the weekend.

What is the bag policy?
All persons and bags are subject to search. Clear tote bags (including handbags/purses) that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” will be admitted inside after inspection. Small clutch bags or wallets that do not exceed 6.5” x 5.5", with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the venue along with one of the clear bag options (clear tote or storage bag). Oversized bags (i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, laptop bags, etc.) and camelbacks are prohibited.

Does my backpack or tote need to be clear?
Yes, all backpacks must be clear and may not exceed 12” x 12”.

No Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia — Prescription medicine is allowed ONLY in proper prescription bottle with correct labeling for the person possessing it.

No Fire Spinning / POI — Please contact us if you’re interested in scheduling a performance.

No Large Audio Equipment. Battery powered bluetooth speakers that can be held in one hand are ok. Anything larger please request permission.

No Charcoal or Wood Fired Grills

No Vending without a vendor permit — Please inquire for more details if interested in vending.
